•Try signing in with any other web browser.

-Open your google chrome and open a private window by simultaneously pressing ‘ctrl+shift+N' 

-Or you can open Google chrome and click on the tthere vertical dots on the right top corner. Then click on the option: new incognito window.

 

•If the above mentioned solutions don’t work, you can login to QBO after adding a new user to chrome.

 

 To create new users :

- Open Google chrome and click on the three vertical dots on the top right corner to find setting tab.

- Here, Go to the user’s option and click: add new user.

 

•- Enter your user name and select an icon, and then just skip to the last step and click “create” to create a new icon on the top left corner of your chrome homepage where you can switch your user by selecting it.

 

• Another solution is just cleaning old history and cache.

- Go to the Customise and control google chrome option present on top right corner of the screen, then select settings.

- Go to History tab and click on clear browsing data options.

- Select the relevant box and clear cookies, cache images and files and other sites as well, and plug-in data as well.
